Carnival is the PTC's biggest fundraiser of the year. It is such a fun time for students and families!
This year Carnival is Friday, May 2nd, but we start planning NOW!

Join us after the next PTC Meeting on April 8th at 6:30pm to help plan the fun!

We are actively seeking Business Sponsorships for Carnival.

We have four levels of Business Sponsorships, ranging from $2,500 - $500. Anything below $500 will be listed on our Friends and Family Sponsorship flyers and go toward all of our game booths, food booths and carnival supplies!

Carnival T-Shirts are now on sale!

Shirts will be forest green with our carnival design on the front. They are $15/shirt!

T-shirt forms went home with your student or you can find them in the office.
Please turn in the form and payment to your child's teacher by FRIDAY, APRIL 11, 2025.
Checks payable to Nelson PTC.

CARNIVAL DONATIONS
We are starting to gather our donations for the Silent Auction. The Silent Auction is held during the Carnival in the Cafeteria. We accept all sorts of donation baskets from businesses!!
If you know of a business or person willing to donate an auction item, please contact cusdnelsonptc@gmail.com.

We are in need of baked goods donated for our Country Store. Please do not purchase items - we prefer that they are baked with love by you. If you want to generously spend money, we ask that you do it through a business or family sponsorship.

This year we will not be coordinating classroom baskets. Instead, we will have a class competition for who can solicit the most donations toward carnival. The value of all three donations types that can be tied to a student will count toward the classroom total.
