Students participating in Science Fair must chose a testable question, develop a hypothesis and experiments to test that hypothesis, perform the experiments, collect data, and deduce whether the data supports their hypothesis or not. All areas of science are open, as long as the student's question is testable. Students who perform well at the school level are eligible for competition at the CCRSEMF each spring. Science Fair is encouraged for all 4th-6th grade students at Nelson as an enrichment to their academic program!
