Robotics

Home  \  Co-Curricular  \  Robotics
Robotics is a parent-facilitated co-curricular event.  Any students who are interested in Robotics can create a team as long as parents are willing to facilitate the practices and competitions.   Each team can have up to 8 students.  A faculty member at Nelson provides the information and direction to parent-coaches.

Robotics teams usually meet beginning at the start of the school year with a culminating tournament in early December.  Robotics is fun, exciting, and an excellent way to build problem solving, team-work, and science/math skills.

If you are interested in being a Robotics coach, please contact Mrs. McBrien at Nelson Elementary School.
