CALENDAR - IMPORTANT INFORMATION

On July 13, the Governing Board approved a slight modification to the 2011-12 school calendar in order to better prepare for the start of the school year, and to improve delivery of the annual parent-teacher conferences that occur at the elementary school level each October. In part, these changes include closing all schools Monday, Oct. 31 to observe a district-wide furlough day resulting from California’s school budget cuts.

This is Title I Survey Week! Your child will bring home a survey on Monday, May 14 to be returned by Friday, May 18., If you have more than one child at Nelson, please complete a survey for each one. Each child who returns their surveys by Friday will receive a Parker Prize Pack. Thank you for your help!
